Why Direct Primary Care

Healthcare has changed drastically in the last decades. Much of that change has led to great difficulty for doctors to actually treat patients and for patients to be heard. Physicians are checking boxes and worrying about what treatments the patient’s insurance company will cover. Customer service is ignored as patients pile up, waiting. When the patient finally sees the physician, time spent between the doctor and patient is often 10 minutes at most, and even the basic niceties of human interaction are ignored because of the lack of time. Prices are out of control and rising. There is a complete lack of transparency on what medicine costs.
